The Role This is a great opportunity for a creative and highly knowledgeable YouTube Producer to join a fast-growing digital media company. Youll play a key role in shaping and delivering engaging, platform-native content from long-form videos to high-energy formats, depending on the project. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands what makes YouTube content successful, from click-worthy ideas and tight storytelling to titles, thumbnails, and retention strategies. Youll work closely with talent, editors, and creative leads to take concepts from pitch to final upload. Key Responsibilities Develop original YouTube video concepts in collaboration with strategists and creatives. Lead the full production process from scripting and planning to directing shoots and managing post-production. Work closely with on-screen talent, creators, or contributors to capture authentic, engaging content. Ensure all content is aligned with channel strategy, voice, and audience goals. Support optimisation efforts, collaborating on titles, thumbnails, and publishing cadence. Travel for shoots (UK-based and international projects). Manage timelines, budgets, and production logistics to keep everything on track. What Were Looking For 3 years of experience in video production, ideally with a strong YouTube or social-first focus. Deep knowledge of YouTube from content strategy and formats to analytics and retention. Experience working with creators, talent, or influencers across industries. A creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and structure, especially for digital audiences. Confidence in managing end-to-end production processes. Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, and ideally After Effects and Photoshop. Organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
