The company operates a portfolio of successful brands and sells primarily through online channels, both in the UK and internationally. Their city-centre head office is easily accessible by public transport. Theyve created a new role for a Quality Assistant to support the team and help ensure products remain compliant and ready for market. THE ROLE With support and training available if needed, youll play a key role in keeping products compliant and ready for sale, working across UK, EU, and global standards relating to sustainability, product safety, and packaging. Youll be responsible for: Collecting, checking, and maintaining key compliance documents Keeping online listings on platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop live by submitting accurate compliance documentation Checking products to ensure product quality and labelling accuracy Communicating with suppliers in the UK, EU and Far East Working with wider teams in Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Ecommerce and Product Design Supporting the wider QA function with general admin Staying up to date with updates to product compliance guidelines ABOUT YOU This role would suit someone who has an interest in product safety, environmental sustainability, and a curiosity for how things work and how consumer goods get to market.
