We’re looking for an individual with a proven track record of proactively driving growth on Amazon, who not only excels at the fundamentals but also brings creative, strategic thinking to unlock new opportunities.This is your chance to become part of a rapidly expanding company that is a respected cornerstone of the online selling community - arguably one of the most high-growth sectors this year.Responsibilities:Managing multiple client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact to build, nurture and mature client relationshipsUtilising strong analytical skills to efficiently provide forecasting, troubleshooting, and in-depth analysis of key account and listing metricsComplete ownership of managed accounts, specifically Amazon catalogue management and growth strategyFormulating and presenting tailored strategies that significantly enhance growth and profitability for our clientsA comprehensive understanding of the myriad internal and external variables that impact a client's Amazon businessCreating, identifying, and implementing innovative opportunities to aggressively escalate sustainable salesArticulate in communicating both internally and externally on listing quality, ensuring all product detail pages meet the highest standardsSupporting clients with stock monitoring, shipment creation, and proactively addressing their supply chain needsRaising cases and effectively liaising with Seller/Vendor SupportReporting and scrutinising both prospective new and existing global selling opportunitiesDetecting commercial opportunities to upsell clients additional services within our business ecosystemQualifications:2+ Years in Seller and/or Vendor CentralA proven track record of proactively driving growth on AmazonExperience managing multiple brands across a range of categories and territoriesExperienced in Amazon flat file uploads and understanding of listing best practicesExceptional ability to think strategically, execute flawlessly, and conduct insightful data analysis to pinpoint areas of opportunity and deliver sales-driving initiativesProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with the capability to manipulate multiple large data sets for presenting sales, forecasting, stock holdings, etc., to clientsSuperior time management skills coupled with the ability to multitask effectivelyRobust work ethic and an eagerness to advance professionallyIncredible attention to detail, especially in data analysis and client communicationsPlease note: This role does not encompass advertising responsibilities.For the successful candidate, the scope for growth within Market Rocket is limitless.
