We have created awesome initiatives to ensure our team loves working here, including birthday leave, gym memberships, and a set number of “duvet days.” Plus, don’t miss out on asking about “The Dream Machine”!ABOUT THE ROLEThe Merchandising Coordinator supports the Reflo merchandising team by coordinating product information, tracking stock levels, managing purchase orders, and assisting with the smooth flow of products from suppliers to our partners or online platforms. The role ensures that the right products are available in the right quantities and at the right time to meet partner or customer demands.RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain and update product attributes, seasonal data, and pricing in internal systems (Apparel Magic and Shopify).Coordinate setup of new products in Apparel Magic, ensuring correct categorization, pricing, lifecycle stage, and variant data (e.g., size/color).Collect and consolidate delivery requirements (packing instructions, timelines, customer compliance details) from Sales and Partnerships to support purchase order creation and fulfillment planning.Update purchase orders in Apparel Magic with cost, delivery information, and partner-specific requirements.Liaise with the Operations team to support vendor communications regarding PO status updates, shipment ETAs, and inbound documentation.Track and document postproduction embellishment needs by consolidating internal requests and timelines.Monitor stock availability across key categories and collaborate with internal teams to support replenishment and buy planning.Generate regular reports on stock levels, product performance, and sales to support seasonal planning decisions.Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and operations to support product launches and promotions.Contribute to seasonal analysis, including reviewing sales trends, stock availability, and partner orderbooks.Assist in the creation and maintenance of range plans and prepare materials for seasonal reviews and internal walkthroughs.Monitor and resolve administrative issues as they arise relating to your area.Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues that may impact product or order workflows.Support ongoing data hygiene across ERP, PLM, and eCommerce systems, flag inconsistencies or gaps, maintain product and order data accuracy.ABOUT YOUESSENTIALS1-3 years of experience in merchandising, buying or operations, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and has used merchandising systems (e.g., Apparel Magic, Oracle, or similar).Analytical mindset with a commercial eye and focus.Solution-oriented with the ability to think laterally and adapt to dynamic situations.Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships.Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.THAT’S NOT MY JOBAt Reflo, we thrive on collaboration and expect everyone to dive in beyond their core responsibilities!
