General Manager – Premium Sports Venue | West MidlandsOur client is seeking an exceptional leader to take the helm of a renowned sports and events venue in the West Midlands. With a packed calendar of sporting fixtures and a thriving year-round events business, this is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a flagship destination in the UK’s leisure and hospitality landscape.About the Venue:This premium sports venue hosts 25 high-profile fixtures annually, including one of the region’s most iconic events. It is also home to a wide range of non-sports events, including:Corporate hospitality and conferencesLive music events and festivalsSeasonal public events such as fireworks nights and family fun daysWeddings and private functionsAn on-site caravan and motorhome parkThe Role:As General Manager, you’ll report to the Regional Director and lead a team of experienced senior managers across operations, finance, catering, customer service, and events.
