Job Description

Airline companies are embarking on a once-in-a-century transformation from being mere airline operators into Travel retailors. To enable this industry transformation, IBS Software is seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME), who will be responsible for providing expert insights and guiding product teams to achieve successful outcomes. SME will need to work with Product owners, Product team and Product Head to provide insights on current processes and to-be processes related to OOSD.Key Responsibilities:Provide Expertise: Offer in-depth knowledge and insights in the respective domain area of expertise to enable product squads to deliver innovative solutions.Research: Conduct thorough research to stay updated on the latest trends and developments to enable product teams and also provide inputs for Industry and Customer engagements.Process Improvement: Identify potential areas for airline process improvement and suggest innovative solutions.Product documentation and presentations: Assist in the development, review, and presentation of product documentation.
