We're developing cutting-edge, AI-powered surgical planning software designed to reduce complications in complex brain operations. Already deployed in over 20 European hospitals and backed by government-funded clinical trials, we’re now preparing to expand into the U.S. in 2025.The Role: We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take the reins from our current postholder (who is relocating after 6 successful years). This role is central to our product's development lifecycle and regulatory path, working closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, QA, DevOps, and cybersecurity specialists.Key Responsibilities:Lead agile rituals (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)Coordinate product development with engineering and clinical stakeholdersEnsure MDR compliance and lead Class IIb up-classificationOversee documentation and readiness for 2025 FDA clearanceAlign product roadmaps with user needs and strategic prioritiesYou’ll Thrive If You:Have 5+ years of experience in product management (preferably in MedTech or regulated industries)Are confident leading multidisciplinary teamsUnderstand medical device regulations (MDR, FDA pathways)Enjoy working in fast-paced, high-impact environmentWhat We Offer:Hybrid work (London HQ) with 4 weeks remote per year“Summer Fridays” – every other Friday offAnnual summer partyPension contributionInclusive and dynamic startup cultureInterview Process:Introductory call with our People & Culture leadTake-home product taskFinal interview with our CEO
