As part of their ongoing expansion, they’re looking to appoint a dynamic Deputy Physiotherapy Lead to support the growth and development of their physiotherapy services.The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a senior physiotherapist ready to take the next step in leadership. You’ll support the Physiotherapy Lead in managing service delivery, drive the development of the department’s vision and strategy, and contribute to wider business development initiatives. Alongside your leadership duties, you’ll maintain a clinical caseload in your area of expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport strategic planning and service development across physiotherapyLead and mentor the team, promoting clinical excellence and ongoing trainingContribute to business development and stakeholder engagementDeliver high-quality patient care through a personal clinical caseloadAbout YouHCPC-registered Physiotherapist with strong clinical experience (MSK/orthopaedics)Minimum 5 years post-qualification Physiotherapy experience. A qualification at degree level (or equivalent) in PhysiotherapyMembership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP)
