Up to £40K DOE | Hybrid | BristolAs a Personal Injury Paralegal you will be providing support to a specialist team handling insurance claims, with a particular emphasis on the marine sector. The team manages a broad range of personal injury claims involving individuals working within the marine environment, including claims involving passengers, crew and shore-side workers.Key Responsibilities of a Personal Injury Paralegal :Support the handling of personal injury claims, both litigated and pre-litigated Draft legal documents and assist with case preparation Contribute to accident investigations, which may require occasional travel when required Liaise professionally with clients, insurers, witnesses, and other stakeholders Conduct legal research and maintain accurate case documentation Ensure procedural compliance and assist with court deadlines Provide support on complex or high-value matters Requirements of the Personal Injury Paralegal include: Ideally, you will have a minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Executive in a personal injury team,Ideally, you will have a CILEX qualification (full or part) preferred but not required.Familiarity with the Claims Portal and CPR complianceAbility to undertake legal research and prepare well-structured case summariesYour benefits include:Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and long service recognitionPrivate healthcare (post-probation), enhanced parental leave, and paid CSR dayProfit share and performance bonus schemeAgile/hybrid working policy and "Dress for Your Day" flexibilitySubsidised gym membership and access to an electric car schemeStrong internal development framework and buddy system for supportIf you're a motivated personal injury paralegal looking to thrive in a supportive and forward-thinking legal environment, we want to hear from you.
