Location: Bristol or LeedsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic and experienced Senior Campaigns Manager to shape and lead impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns for a fast-paced, forward-thinking professional services firm.This senior-level role plays a key part in driving the firm’s growth, visibility, and client engagement across key markets and legal services. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the successful candidate will lead the campaign function and manage a Campaigns Manager, collaborating closely with colleagues across Business Development & Marketing, external agencies, and internal business and legal teams.This is an opportunity to shape the firm’s approach to campaigns, develop thought-leadership content, build strategic partnerships, and contribute directly to market growth. The firm is committed to investing in professional development, providing access to training, industry events, and relevant market research.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead a strategic campaigns programme aligned to market opportunitiesDeliver multi-channel campaigns across content, digital, events, PR and partnershipsConduct market and client research to identify trends, needs, and campaign opportunitiesSupport the development of new legal service offerings and thought-leadership piecesManage campaign budgets, external agencies, and stakeholder expectationsReport on campaign effectiveness and return on investmentEnhance campaign processes across the team, introducing tools, templates and trainingContribute to the ongoing development and integration of CRM systems in campaign planning and reportingThe Ideal Candidate10+ years' experience in B2B communications or campaign managementStrong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple campaigns simultaneouslyDeep understanding of marketing communications channels and campaign deliverySkilled in content creation, editing, and cross-platform publishingConfident in using marketing platforms, including CRM, email marketing, and social media toolsProficient in conducting market/client research and interpreting findingsCommercially aware with strong business acumenExperienced in line management and team developmentPrevious experience in professional or financial services is advantageousThis is a fantastic role for someone ready to take ownership of campaign strategy in a highly collaborative, high-performing environment. The position can be based in either Bristol or Leeds.
