Ideally, someone who’s experienced the power of therapy firsthand and understands the profound value it can bring to people’s lives.Role OverviewThis role is ideal for someone seeking part-time work with the opportunity to grow and develop new skills as the position evolves alongside the business.We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and personable individual with a strong interest in the therapy field. This part-time, freelance contractor position is fully remote, making it perfect for someone who loves helping others and thrives in a dynamic environment. As a Therapy Placement Coordinator, you’ll work directly with clients during live placement calls. Drawing on the information they’ve shared about their therapy needs and preferences, you’ll use your growing knowledge of our therapist network to identify and propose the most suitable matches. Empathetic and clear communication is essential, as you’ll be guiding clients through an important stage in their journey, ensuring their comfort and confidence in the therapeutic journey.We provide comprehensive training and follow strict safeguarding procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and client safety.* This role requires a strong understanding of the UK context, and we welcome applications from individuals based in the UK or those with a significant connection to the country.HoursPart-time – Afternoons/evenings, with availability to provide cover during holidaysKey ResponsibilitiesTraining provided for all tasks.Provide customer and therapist support via email, chat, and phoneConduct client referral calls to match them with the right therapistTroubleshoot customer issues and provide timely solutionsGather and manage customer feedback to enhance our servicesAttend creative team meetings and contribute to project developmentManage therapist bookingsProcess refundsHandle administrative tasks and data entryRequired Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and support clientsHighly organised and able to handle multiple tasks efficientlySelf-motivated with a positive, can-do attitudeCustomer service experienceTech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Suite / Google Workspace and other digital toolsSales experience is a plus, but not essentialA solid understanding and insight into therapy and therapeutic processes Why Join Us?Flexible, remote working opportunityBe part of a company that’s making a real difference in mental healthGrowth and development opportunitiesA collaborative, creative, and supportive work environmentSalarySalary: £12:50 an hourHow to ApplyIf you're passionate about mental health and excited about providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
