Finance Manager – Xero, Excel & Qualified AccountantLocation: London (On-site)Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 DOEWe’re hiring a Finance Manager who is qualified, hands-on, and tech-savvy — someone who doesn’t just keep the books clean, but knows how to optimise systems, automate workflows, and support growth across multiple venues.This is a practical, high-trust role where accuracy, clarity, and ownership are essential.What You’ll Own:Day-to-day finance ops across all entities in XeroP&L, VAT, payroll journals, reconciliations, and cashflowWeekly/monthly reporting, budgeting, forecastingProcess improvement, systems integration, and automationClose collaboration with operations and leadershipWhat We’re Looking For:ACCA qualifiedAdvanced Excel user (pivot tables, lookups, error tracing)Xero expert (multi-entity, reconciliations, reporting)Hospitality or multi-site finance experience preferredExperience automating reporting or integrating finance tools (e.g. POS, payroll, Pleo, Dext, ApprovalMax)Please do not apply if:You are not fully qualified (ACCA)You don’t have hands-on Xero experienceYou’re looking for a strategic-only role
