Mane are currently recruiting an Offshore Installation Manager Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary offshore representative and lead for HVDC cable installation operations. • Coordinate daily offshore activities, including vessel operations, marine coordination, cable lay, burial, and associated marine spreads. • Ensure all operations are carried out in compliance with HSE policies, marine standards, and project-specific procedures. • Manage and lead offshore teams including subcontractors, vessel crew, and client representatives. • Liaise closely with onshore project management, engineering teams, and marine coordination. • Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety briefings to promote a strong safety culture. • Monitor progress, report daily offshore activities, and escalate any issues impacting schedule or safety. • Ensure full compliance with permits, licenses, and regulatory frameworks during offshore operations. Requirements: • Strong knowledge of subsea cable installation methods, vessel operations, and offshore HSE regulations. • Valid offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, GWO, OGUK medical). • Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary offshore teams. • Excellent communication and reporting skills. • Flexibility to work offshore on a rotational or project-assigned basis.
