Fleet Acquisition & Account Manager – Fast Growth SaaS & Technology Automotive Service Provider A newly created role is now open for a Fleet Acquisition & Account Manager – an opportunity suited to someone commercially minded, self-driven, and motivated by building something with real impact. This position offers the agility of a startup with the stability of a well-funded, growing business.The total compensation package is £40,000-£50,000 basic with up to a £55k OTE, with a flexible base/commission split, company car, private healthcare, 4% pension contribution, and 25 days of annual leave. The successful candidate will be home based with weekly travel into their London office, working within a collaborative team that values autonomy, initiative, and clarity over fluff.About the company:This is a fast-growing, tech-led business reshaping the vehicle maintenance industry with a digital-first, customer-focused model.Backed by a major European automotive group and operating across the UK and Europe, the company combines real-world service delivery with a streamlined online experience.With a 60-person team and a rapidly expanding footprint, it offers a rare blend of startup pace and corporate muscle — without the corporate nonsense.Key responsibilities include:Acquiring new small fleet customers (typically SMEs with up to 50 vehicles)Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and onboardingDeveloping and expanding long-term relationships with clients to drive growthCollaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service deliveryCandidates will need to demonstrate:Proven B2B sales or partnership experience, ideally with SME clients (fleet or automotive industry background is advantageous but not essential)Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to workload managementStrong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunitiesAdaptability, a practical mindset, and the ability to work independently without unnecessary oversight
