Locum Solicitor/Legal Executive – Private ClientWe are working with a highly regarded law firm with multiple offices across Somerset, seeking an experienced Private Client Locum Solicitor / Legal Executive to provide extended cover to manage their running caseload.Position Details:Location: Multiple offices across SomersetWorking Arrangement: Hybrid (*Min 2 days on site per week)Contract Length: OngoingHourly Rate: £45 – £60 per hour (DOE, self-employed/outside IR35)Key Responsibilities:Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, trusts, LPA’s, estate planning, and non-contentious probateProvide high-quality, tailored legal advice with professionalism and sensitivityDraft and review legal documents efficiently and accuratelyRequirements:Qualified Solicitor or CILEX equivalentProven experience in private client work, particularly wills, probate and LPA’sAbility to handle mixed caseloads independently and with minimal supervisionVenn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
