Your new companyA successful 3PL with a well-recognised and varied client base.Your new roleAs Transport Supervisor on the backshift (Mon to Fri, 1400-2200) you will work with customers, drivers and subcontractors to deliver KPIs and a high level of service. Responsibilities will include: Daily driver briefings and managementInterface with customers to ensure all deliveries / requirements are metSupporting the team with any required training and development (including Driver CPC)Driver/vehicle/trailer checks to ensure the highest standards of reliability and presentation are maintainedCustomer support to solve problems and address any issuesEnsure all H&S and other compliance processes are followed. What you'll need to succeedYou will be proven in a similar role, be familiar with Fleet Compliance, and enjoy supporting the driver workforce to deliver excellent levels of service.
