You won’t just do the work, you’ll manage and improve how it’s done.What You’ll Be DoingLink Review and Quality ControlApprove backlink opportunities submitted by our team using a proven systemAssess based on metrics and relevance to each client’s nicheMaintain high standards for quality and strategyManaging Monthly Link GoalsOversee quotas and ensure targets are consistently metJump into prospecting or outreach if goals are at riskLeading and Supporting the Backlink TeamProvide feedback, direction, and clear communication to backlink builders and vendorsTrack link approvals and follow up to ensure everything goes live and stays liveBudget and Strategy OversightBalance quality with cost, and continuously look for ways to improve results within budgetWhat We’re Looking For1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing or SEOSome familiarity with backlinking and SEO tools like Ahrefs or SemrushStrong written communication in EnglishHighly organized, reliable, and detail-orientedExcited to lead a team and grow into a senior SEO roleSchedule and AvailabilityFull time35 to 40 hours per weekAvailable for at least 3 hours per day between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM EST Monday through ThursdayFridays are fully flexibleRemote positionIf you're motivated, hungry to learn, and ready to manage a team, even if you’re not an SEO expert yet we want to hear from youWe care more about your attitude and drive than your resume.
