Head of Operations Alexander Associates are working with a pioneering materials company operating in the aerospace sector with a focus on in-space manufacturing and advanced semiconductor substrates.Our client are seeking a Head of Operations to join their fast-growing team.About the Role:This senior leadership position will be responsible for shaping operational strategy and execution across multiple functions, including engineering delivery, resource planning, business process improvement, and cross-functional team leadership.
