The RoleWe’re FLOW. We help ecommerce brands grow their revenue with calm, clear, commercial marketing. We’re not big, bloated or bureaucratic. We’re sharp, direct, and good at what we do.We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the charge on day-to-day marketing delivery for our clients. Someone who’s properly “on it”, tracking every task, running every meeting, and making sure the wheels stay on without needing constant input from the founders.This role is part project manager, part strategist, part marketing lead. You’ll manage campaigns, write briefs, host meetings, update plans, chase deliverables, and push work over the line.You don’t need ten years in an agency. You need to be sharp, curious, and switched on. We’ll trust you to bring energy, detail and ownership.What You’ll DoRun the day-to-dayLead client relationships via Teams, Slack, email and phone callsTrack progress in and chase actions before they slipOwn the plan and timeline for everything that mattersWrite solid briefsTranslate ideas into clear direction for our studio and performance teamsCover CRO, UX, email flows, ads, landing pages, SEO, and moreSpot issues early and deal with them fastKeep communication clearLead client calls, write recaps, keep things movingReport on performance and project progress in plain EnglishFlag risks and wins to the team without being askedSupport strategyTurn commercial goals into campaign actionsContribute ideas, recommendations, and fixesUnderstand ecommerce inside out: LTV, ROAS, AOV, conversion, retentionWho You’ll Work WithYou’ll have a full team around you and you’re not doing this alone. That includes:A graphic design studio for UX, CRO, email, and ad creativeExperts in SEO, email marketing, Google Ads and Meta AdsWeb developers experienced in Shopify and ecommerceThe FLOW founders and strategic leads, who will back you but won’t micromanageYour job is to coordinate, brief, support, and keep things running to plan.
