Hybrid Working in the Following Locations: Edinburgh, Glasgow or AberdeenThe Company:A dynamic Construction Consultancy is seeking Quantity Surveyors at various levels - QS, Senior QS, and Associate - to support major projects in the Power and Energy sector in Scotland and across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career while working on high-profile energy projects, including renewables, high voltage transmission, and other innovative technologies.Whether you're an experienced professional or looking to step into a leadership role, you'll contribute to shaping the future of the energy industry while enjoying a supportive, flexible working environment.Salary Bandings (dependant on location/ experience)Quantity Surveyor (£45k - £55k per annum plus benefits)The Role: Deliver accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.Administer contracts in alignment with project objectives and governance policies.Proactively manage cost variances, cash flow, and valuations.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure programme performance, cost control, and value engineering objectives are met.Assist with procurement and tender evaluations.Qualifications:Education: Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.Professional Memberships: Ideally MRICS, MCIPS, or working towards similar.Contract Knowledge: Strong understanding of NEC3/4 contracts (Option C preferred).Sector Experience: Proven track record in Power, Energy, High Voltage, Transmission, or Renewables however other similar sector would also be considered (as long as you have experience using NEC Contracts).What’s on Offer:The chance to work on flagship energy projects shaping the UK’s infrastructureA flexible, hybrid working model promoting work-life balanceSupportive team culture with opportunities for career developmentAn inclusive, diverse workplace encouraging fresh perspectives and collaboration
