From retail refurbishments to booming solar installs, they design and deliver bespoke electrical solutions with pride.We are looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to lead projects from first enquiry through to final invoice – supported by a passionate, hands-on team that’s got your back.What You’ll Be Doing:Own every stage of your projects – site surveys, CAD mark-ups, quoting, delivery, and client handoverHandle all documentation, from RAMS to certification and O&M manualsBe a key contact for clients – trusted, reliable, and solutions-focusedOversee national refurb and fit-out works (minimal overnight stays)Work closely with Directors and engineers to plan labour and resourcesSpot and secure new commercial opportunities – and drive profitabilityWhat You’ll Bring:Fully qualified electrician (2391 Test & Inspection desirable)At least 5 years' experience managing electrical contracts or projects in retail or commercial settingsBonus points for solar experience, especially with rooftop installsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsOrganised, proactive, and solutions-focusedBased within a sensible commute of Weston-super-Mare or BristolThe Role:Full-time, permanent, based at our Weston-super-Mare HQ with UK travel£50,000–£55,000 plus company carAdditional perks: birthday off, healthcare cash plan after 12 months, enhanced holiday with service, and paid team socials and charity daysApply now through Niche Recruitment or get in touch to find out more.
