You’ll play a pivotal role in positioning Cove Bay as a trusted advisor to clients seeking clarity, creativity, and commercial direction in their development ambitions. This role is ideal for someone who combines commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the development lifecycle — and who is motivated by the opportunity to shape how land and investment turn into thriving, future-proof Caribbean destinations.You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, creating and executing strategic business plans, and representing the company at industry events.
