Ideal for a business development associate/executive looking for a step up to assistant manager/senior executive role with a strong focus on content creation rather than hands-on sales.As a Senior associate, pursuit content within our International Business Support Function (IBSF) team, you willSupport international growth, enabling our member firms to thrive internationallyCreate impactful content: deliver international pursuit-ready content that drives successWork across the whole pursuit process from pre-pitch to client engagement toolsLead best practices: identify and share innovative guidanceCollaborate and engage globally with stakeholders across time zones, countries, regions, services and industriesManage multiple projects efficiently and track meaningful resultsChampion IBSF by helping raise awareness of all that IBSF stands for: we are dedicated to continuously improving member firm client experiences, and support global engagement leaders across various service lines and industriesContribute to our joint strategic execution objectives – we have a lot of exciting projects this year!Key Skills & ExperienceEssential:Background in professional services, financial services, or B2B environments (preferred).Experience creating compelling business development content—proposals, bids, capability statements, sales decks, or website material.Ability to translate client needs into engaging content, moving beyond hands-on sales approaches.Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders such as fee earners, partners, or industry leaders.Fluent in written and spoken EnglishStrong writing, editing, and organizational skills with a focus on clarity and effectiveness.Self-starter with the confidence to manage projects independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Desirable:Experience with Microsoft tech stack (SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Outlook).Knowledge of Adobe products (InDesign, Photoshop).Additional language skills are a plus.Our cultureThere are many benefits of being part of Grant Thornton International, working with a global and diverse team in a virtual setting is just one of them.
