JOB RESPONSIBILITIESWe’re currently seeking a Security Cleared Business Analyst to join one of our high-impact delivery teams. This is an opportunity to work on mission-critical programmes within the public sector and defence domains, where your work will directly influence national capability.As a Business Analyst at Amdaris, you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery. You’ll lead on requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process modelling – ensuring our clients receive innovative, scalable, and impactful solutions.You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, delivery leads, and client stakeholders. The ability to build trust, challenge assumptions, and communicate effectively at all levels will be critical.Key Responsibilities:Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and documentation reviewsProduce high-quality artefacts including user stories, process flows, and functional specificationsMap current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processesAct as the interface between the business and technical teamsContribute to planning, testing, and acceptance activitiesMaintain traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycleSupport change and transformation efforts, working closely with client-side teamsOperate within agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments as requiredJOB REQUIREMENTSActive Security Clearance (SC) requiredProven experience as a Business Analyst within secure or public sector environmentsStrong documentation and communication skillsExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similarFamiliar with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologiesAble to manage conflicting priorities and work across multiple stakeholdersComfortable working on client-site when requiredLIFE AT AMDARISPrivate Medical Cover ✨ Your health is a priority and we’ve got you covered!Work from Anywhere Policy (EMEA)
