Role: Site Manager - Passive FireLocation: East Midlands Only (Nottingham, Derby, Leicester)Pay: Up to £43,000 (DOE)This is fantastic opportunity for a Site Supervisor to progress into a Site Manager position. They are a national business who serve the Healthcare, Defense, Leisure, Heritage, Commercial and Education sectors.Benefits:Competitive salary22 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (rising to 27)Company vehicle (where applicable)Company Sick PayLife InsuranceThe RoleEnsure the smooth operation of works to multiple properties concurrentlyEnsure compliance with relevant Health & Safety Law and CDM RegulationsAssist in the selection and formation of site personnel teams (including sub-contractors) as determined by the requirements of the designated contractSupervise site personnel, work activities and resources to meet the requirements of the designated contractManage the works to ensure it complies with Legal and Statutory requirementsEnsure control measures within risk and COSHH assessments are implemented and followedManage the works to ensure each property is handed over on the agreed dateMaintain the trust and support of site personnelOversee the works to ensure the client/customer requirements and specifications are metDeal with client / customer queries and or communications professionally and efficientlyThe Requirements:Essential: SSSTS or SMSTSMotivated, dependable, and professional.Comfortable working alone or as part of a team in high-pressure environments.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Willing to travel and work across multiple locations.Practical knowledge of safe lifting techniques and handling heavy items.Hands-on experience fitting fire doors to approved standards.If you’re interested in this contract, apply today – or give Jess Powell a ring on 07441 391742 between 7.30am–6pm, Monday–Friday**V7 Recruitment are an equal opportunities employer who are acting as an employment agency in relation to this role**
