Salesforce Developer – Financial Services Salary: £50,000 - £55,000Location: Remote, UK - No Visa Sponsorship Mason Frank is working with a well-established and fast-evolving Financial Services business, currently expanding their internal Salesforce capability. We’re seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong technical and integration skills to play a key role in building out a high-impact Salesforce platform that supports the business’s customer and product operations.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company deeply committed to digital transformation, working alongside a collaborative product and engineering team.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutionsDevelop custom components and functionality using Apex and Lightning Web ComponentsBuild and maintain integrations with external platforms and internal systems using APIsPromote best practices in development, testing, and documentation across the teamTranslate business requirements and user insights into effective, scalable technical solutionsDrive continuous improvement across the Salesforce platform to optimise performance and usabilityAbout You:Strong hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platformCertifications such as Platform Developer I are highly desirableProficiency with Lightning Web Components, including component lifecycle and complex form handlingAdvanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and JavaScriptExperience working with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, connected apps, outbound messaging)Ability to interpret business challenges and deliver practical, scalable solutionsStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetNice to Have (Not Essential):Experience with Marketing CloudExperience with JavaScript frameworks like ReactKnowledge of Salesforce DevOps toolsPlease click apply to make an application or if this role is not for you but you know of someone who could be a great fit please share on.
