“Perfume is a living experience.” —Thibaud Crivelli, Founder.Maison Crivelli is a French luxury fragrance Maison created to surprise, delight and offer a multi-sensorial experience for all fragrance explorers around the world.With a constant spirit of adventure, the Maison partners with the best perfumers to propose disruptive fragrances which surprise and invite to lose one’s bearings.Present in 46 countries and over 450 points of sale, the Maison is one of the fastest growing in the category.The UK subsidiary is one year old, and this is the perfect time to join fast paced, hyper growth and truly entrepreneurial adventure.ScopeBusiness partner to UK team for all financial topics.Key Missions Financial BudgetingFinancial PlanningForecastingReportingCash managementInternal controlMain AccountabilitiesBudgeting & ForecastingLead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with overall business and financial goals and objectives.Oversee budget preparation and revisions in collaboration with all the UK team, ensuring timely submission and resolution of any queries.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and analysis, working closely with the wider UKManage month end and year end simulations, identifying risks and opportunities to best guide business decision making.Finance ControlPartner with the UK team to conduct cost analysis and operational reviews, ensuring cost control and efficiency.Support investment proposals and reviews to measure payback.Monthly and Year end reporting process ownership:Sales and stock movement analysisSpend review coordination with the wider team and cost centre managersOwnership of full UK consolidation within the agreed timelineInternal control, Systems & ProcessesSupport the strengthening of financial and business control, driving process standardisation and improvementAssist with the implementation of financial systems to ensure data integrity and automationAdminManage the day to day payables and receivables.PayablesManagement of accounts inboxSign off of invoice vs. POs / spend ownerWeekly reconciliationsReceivablesManagement of overdues / aged debtManagement and review of any deductionsCredit controlHR operationsMonthly payroll input creation for external partnerReview and approval of payroll (ensuring all costs, benefits, exceptionals are in line with the input)Operations supportTranslation of Sell In forecast to inboundMonthly order placement to Paris and coordination on inbound with Paris ADV and UK WarehouseKey StakeholdersInternalUK Brand DirectorGlobal Finance DirectorGlobal finance teamUK HO team (marketing, sales, operations, retail)Global operations team (forecasting and ADV)External External Accounts partnerClient AP & AR teamsSupplier AR teamsWarehouse partnerSkills & Experiences ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified (or equivalent)Minimum 5 years experience in a financial, analytical, or controlling role, preferable within a fast growing medium size business with exposure to cross functional business partneringStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insightCommercial curiosityAdvanced financial modelling, planning, and forecasting expertise, with proficiency in Excel.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with proven track records of business partnering to supporting the strategic decision making across all levels of the businessAgile and adaptable approach to problem solving, with the ability to balance detail oriented execution and big picture strategic thinking.Fluent in English, French additional is a plus.Compensation and Benefits: Competitive industry salary and annual discretionary bonusPrivate Medical InsuranceAttractive pension schemeReports to UK Brand Director with dotted line to Global FD and Global HRD
