Marketing Assistant (Content Creation, Graphic Design & Copywriting)Location: Hybrid / RemoteContract: Freelance / Part-Time - 3 days a weekStart Date: ASAPFee: £28k pro rataDeadline to apply: Monday 30th June1st Stage, online interviews: w/c 30th June2nd stage, in person interviews: w/c 7th JulyMUTI LIVE is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our growing team by creating and capturing high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms.About the RoleYou will play a key role in shaping our brand’s digital presence. This includes developing compelling visual and written content, capturing behind-the-scenes media (photo/video), and helping to schedule and share across social media channels.You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with other creatives on the team, while also working independently as projects require.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign on-brand graphics for social media, email campaigns, and webWrite clear, engaging copy for posts, emails, and promotional materialsCapture and edit content at events or during creative sessions (photo/video)Assist in scheduling and publishing content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Collaborate with the wider team of creatives on campaignsWork independently when needed to deliver high-quality, on-brand contentMonitor engagement and suggest improvements to boost reach and interactionStay up-to-date with design trends and social media best practicesSkills & ExperienceProven experience in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)Strong copywriting and proofreading skillsBasic experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)Confident using a phone or camera to capture high-quality visual contentUnderstanding of tone, brand voice, and visual consistencyAbility to manage time, meet deadlines, and balance solo and team workBonus: Experience creating content for the creative industries, events, or education sectorsPerson SpecificationA proactive, collaborative mindsetCreativity, attention to detail, and passion for storytellingAbility to manage own time and workloadSomeone who has an active personal interest in live eventsTo ApplySend your CV and a few samples of your work (portfolio or links) to .—----------------------------------Equality, Diversity and InclusionWe encourage applications from a diverse range of people and will make reasonable adjustments during the recruitment, selection and employment process to be inclusive of all.
