We provide medical communication services, market access consulting and regulatory writing support with deep domain expertise to effectively navigate complex disease areas.The OpportunityThe Senior Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the company, ensuring the overall accuracy of the group’s accounting records and reports, and maintaining robust controls and processes within the finance team. This role is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months. ParametersDay-to-day management responsibilities for finance team members (currently three members of staff).Responsibility across the entire Group, including international entities.Deputise for the Finance Director as required.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day management of finance team, adhering to and driving team to meet KPIs and key objectives (overall line management to sit with FD)Ensure adherence to a robust system of controls and processes, making and implementing improvements as necessaryResponsibility for production of group management accounts and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy of reporting information and adherence to reporting timetableCompletion of VAT reporting requirements and responsibility for Group VAT registrationProduction of cashflow informationReconciliation across finance systems and reporting platforms and coordination with relevant teamsOversee tax complianceAssistance in integration of acquisitions and support for acquired businessesReview and submission of monthly payrollOur people are at the heart of our businessWe are focused not just on delivering the exceptional for our clients, but for our teams too.
