Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, your analytical abilities will be key to driving commercial success. You will:Assist the Merchandiser with accurate stock planning, replenishment, delivery schedules, store rollouts, and store portfolio managementMaintain and update the WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock & Intake), using data to track performance, identify patterns, and propose actionable insightsPrepare and present Monday trade packs, using analytics to support trading decisions and highlight key themesSupport the merchandiser with seasonal planning and conduct both regular and ad hoc analysis to inform strategyCreate markdown proposals based on sales and stock performance, and clearly communicate the rationale to the wider teamContribute innovative, data-driven ideas to improve merchandising effectiveness and overall performanceJob Type: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
