If you're naturally curious, collaborative, and keen to work on complex aerospace components, we’d love to hear from you.Day To Day ResponsibilitiesCreating and refining manufacturing work instructions, tooling documentation and inspection guidelinesWorking with cross-functional teams including operations, tooling, IT and supply chain to drive continuous improvementInvestigating and resolving non-conformities and production defects through data-driven problem solvingDeveloping and managing master data within SAP systemsConducting workflow analysis, time studies, and capacity planning to identify and resolve bottlenecksSupporting maintenance coordination and production equipment troubleshootingRequirements for the roleA minimum of one year’s hands-on engineering experience, or a completed placement year in a relevant settingHND (or higher) in a mechanical engineering disciplineConfident using CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and strong knowledge of MS OfficeExperience reading engineering drawings and understanding mechanical manufacturing processesFamiliarity with metal component processing and surface finishing (aerospace experience desirable)The ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and work effectively across teamsEligibility RequirementApplicants must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK for at least the next 2 years.
