This key role will oversee a diverse, high profile portfolio of household brands in sectors including travel & tourism, retail, consumer technology, energy and utilities. You’ll be responsible for driving client strategy, leading and motivating a high-performing team, and continuing to grow a commercially successful and thriving practice.ResponsibilitiesModel client service excellence and provide strategic counsel to senior clients, acting as a trusted advisorLead and oversee integrated communications campaigns, ensuring outstanding deliveryManage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering development and collaborationDrive business growth within the practice area, including client retention and new businessCollaborate with agency leadership to shape direction, culture, and performanceOversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planningThe ideal candidate will have:Proven experience at Director or ‘Head of’ level in a Consumer PR agencyStrong leadership and team management skillsA track record of delivering high-impact campaigns and client satisfactionExcellent commercial acumen and confidence in financial oversightExceptional written, verbal, and presentation skillsComfortable stepping into a leadership role on a fixed-term basis with immediate impactDue to the high volume of applications, we can only contact those shortlisted for the role.
