About the RoleContinental Bitumen UK is part of the Colas Group, based in Avonmouth and recruiting a Customer Service Supervisor to support the business. As Customer Service Supervisor you will manage the day-to-day customer service operations, facilitating customer deliveries and collections. As the role is based at the vibrant Avonmouth docks, you will reside close by or have your own transport.ResponsibilitiesCustomer service: Receive and facilitate customer orders and administration of sales.Planning: Support haulage planning, integrate customer collections and manage purchases from third party bitumen facilities.Invoicing: Raise customer invoices and resolve any invoice queries.You will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to smooth logistics operations. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this role. Join our team and play a vital role in providing excellent customer support and efficient haulage planning.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer focussed administrative role and be conversant with Word and Excel.
