You’ll be responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of our professional development programme, including webinars and learning management system content, while managing our LMS Officer, who supports programme delivery and content creation.In this role, you’ll work closely with the Professional Development Committee (PDC) and external tutors/authors to develop engaging professional development opportunities for language services professionals. You’ll make strategic decisions about programme planning, content sourcing, and pricing while ensuring our members benefit from a high quality learning experience.The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, strategic thinking abilities, and proven line management experience, as well as demonstrable experience of working with learning management systems.The role offers Additional days working in the office will be required in the first month for training purposes. Remote working is not an option for this role.
