We’re now looking for a Senior Designer to join our growing creative studio.About the roleThis is a key role within a small, close-knit creative team. You’ll be responsible for driving forward ideas and delivering thoughtful, high-impact creative solutions – from retail space and brand activations to hospitality concepts and beyond. You’ll bring new brands to life, keep projects on track, and ensure everything we put into the world meets our exacting standards.You're strategic enough to spot opportunities for creative growth within existing relationships – and confident enough to help us shape new ones. You'll play a central role in growing our creative portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate strategic thinking into compelling creative conceptsLead and deliver interior design projects from ideation through to final executionCollaborate closely with strategists, operators and contractorsConfidently present your work and rationale to clients and internal teamsMentor and support junior designers, helping to raise the creative barKey Requirements7+ years of studio experience, ideally with retail design experienceA portfolio that showcases concept and technical design capabilitiesAn understanding of commerciality within interior designOn site experience of delivering and managing projectsA collaborative mindset and a desire to shape the creative culture around youThis Job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties.
