Senior Associate - Life Sciences/Healthcare Market Research - Midsized Global Consulting firm (UK based)A a new mid level opportunity has opened up due to growth and demand my clients innovative market research offerings & services! This will give you the chance to join an established name in the healthcare research space, furthering your career in a dynamic, purpose-driven team with a collaborative and values-focused environment.The role will be focused on project execution and delivery, guiding junior colleagues, supporting senior leadership with BD and taking on a visible role in a growing company. You will be involved in every stage of the research process, from questionnaire design to the delivery of insightful results, in a truly international and cross-functional environment.Your key responsibilities:• Design effective and relevant questionnaires for key target audiences• Manage projects from start to finish: coordinate small teams, monitor budgets and timelines• Analyze data and produce clear, impactful client reportsIdeal profile:* 2-6 years' experience in Healthcare/Pharma Market Research or similar consulting/agency environment* Track record in executing and managing quant and/or qual focused projects end to end (specialization in either is desirable, however not essential for success in this role)* Client facing experience* Eager to grow, progress and develop juniors within a supportive and ambitious cultureBase salary £40,000-£60,000 dependent on experience To find out more about this and potentially other opportunities in this space, apply now or reach out for more info! greg.harris@
