IT Support Analyst - £30k - Altrincham Hybrid - FintechIf you have around 2 years experience in a IT Support role and looking for a company to take the next step this could be the route to go.Its in the Fintech domain, highly varied work, with lots of differing career progression options (Be that Data, Development, Security, Infrastructure or more).Key responsibilities include:1st and 2nd Line Support across hardware, desktop, database, reporting, software, and networkingManaging incidents and service requests via the internal helpdesk/ticketing systemSupporting internal systems (Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365)Assisting with mobile and desktop device setup, configuration, and MDM toolsPatching, security updates, and basic infrastructure tasksCollaborating with wider tech teams on improvements, rollouts, and upgradesWhat We’re Looking For:Experience in a similar IT Support role (1st/2nd Line) - Apprenticeship or year in industry would be consideredKnowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, hardware troubleshootingFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Dell/HP devices, and networking basicsExposure to mobile device management (Apple/Android/MDM platforms)General Microsoft based infrastructure and software supportGeneral Network experienceSQL skillsA proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in technologyExcellent communication and a genuine team player attitudeThose that have been in this role previously have progressed into varied tech roles including Infrastructure, Security, Application Support and Software Development.The perfect personality would be someone massively into their tech.
