Interim Corporate Counsel (Chemicals & Manufacturing Sector) UK-Based | 9 Month Assignment | Day Rate ContractA leading international company in the chemicals and manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Interim Corporate Counsel to support its legal function during a 9 month period.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal advice on corporate matters, transactions, and commercial operations.Advise on legal issues arising at manufacturing sites, including regulatory and compliance considerations.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various business units to support ongoing operations.Assist with corporate governance, contract negotiations, and ad hoc legal matters as needed.Key Requirements:Qualified solicitor with solid post-qualification experience.Demonstrated experience within the chemicals sector.Previous legal support experience for manufacturing sites or plant operations.Strong corporate law background with the ability to handle a broad range of legal matters.Ability to work independently and provide pragmatic, business-oriented advice.Availability to commit to a 6–9 month interim engagement.Preference for candidates available on a day-rate consultancy basis.This is an excellent opportunity to join a global business and play a key role in supporting its operations during a critical period.To apply or to discuss further, please contact us confidentially.
