Reed Finance are delighted to be partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to recruit a Finance Director.Location: Bath (Hybrid)Salary: £95,000 – £98,000 per annumRole Type: Permanent, full-timeThis is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Director. You will provide strategic commercial leadership, actively contributing to innovation, continuous improvement, and cost-efficiency across the organisation. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will lead on opportunity assessments, business case development, and the tracking of benefits realisation.You will be responsible for supporting the long-term financial sustainability of the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic commercial and financial leadership as part of the Senior Management TeamLead financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysisOversee financial governance, compliance, and risk managementDevelop business cases and track the delivery of financial benefitsManage treasury, capital investment, and cash flow forecastingLead external and internal audit processesOversee tax compliance, payroll, and procurement controlsDrive efficiency programmes and cost-saving initiativesLead financial reporting, including statutory accounts and board reportsManage business intelligence and clinical coding functionsSupport contract management and pricing strategiesEngage with key stakeholders and represent the organisation at system levelLead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and sustainabilityIf you are a senior finance professional with NHS experience looking for a role where you can add value, please apply and we'll be in touch.
