We’re seeking a self driven, passionate and qualified painting Quantity Surveyor to take charge of projects across the region.Why This Role?As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the financial and technical aspects of painting and multi trade contracts, ensuring projects run smoothly from inception to completion. Your expertise will help us minimise costs and maximise value, while you take full responsibility for project financial performance and cash collection.Key Responsibilities Include:Measuring, pricing, and evaluating tendersLeading projects from start to finishTracking changes to projects and adjusting projectionsIdentifying opportunities to boost marginsManaging costs and creating targetsReporting and forecasting CVROnboarding and administering of subcontractor accountsValuations of works completeProducing payment applicationsUpholding Health & Safety standardsDeveloping and maintaining supplier contractsLiaising with clients, onsite personnel as well as the Bell team in generalWhat You Bring:Professional qualification (HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalentMin. 5 years' painting surveying experienceMin 2 years' experience managing painting and/or multi trade contractsKnowledge of bills of quantities and commercial managementStrong team player with independent initiativeExcellent time management and reporting skillsProficient in Excel and financial oversightProven leadership and guidance to surveying teamsFull driving licenceWhat We Offer:Competitive salary (£40,000+ dependant on experience)31 days of holiday (including public holidays) that increase with tenureHoliday buy/sell options and a bonus structureCar allowance with a fuel cardComprehensive benefits including enhanced maternity/paternity leave, company pension and moreAt Bell Group, we pride ourselves on our people.
