You will have the entrepreneurial skill to drive forward and take full onus of the direction of the product.What You’ll Do:Lead the architecture, design, and development of cutting-edge .NET-based software productsDrive the technical strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve our platformGuide and mentor a team of talented developers - inspiring growth, curiosity, and innovationChampion best practices: define and enforce clean code standards, robust testing, and scalable architectureIdentify, evaluate, and implement emerging tools, frameworks, and AI-driven development technologiesLeverage AI tools for code generation, testing, and productivity accelerationEnsure delivery of high-quality features on time, every timeExperience:Working or have worked in a Start up/SME business working directly with the CEO/Co-Founder7+ years in software development, with 2+ years in a leadership or senior technical roleProven experience in .NET Core, C#, , and related Microsoft technologiesStrong Azure cloud expertiseDeep understanding of software design principles and architectural patternsExperience in SaaS or enterprise application developmentPassion for AI-driven development and a growth mindsetWhat is great about this role:Be a key decision-maker in a growing, innovative business within a global groupWork with smart, ambitious teams and shape a product that’s evolving at pacePush the boundaries of software engineering using the latest in AI, cloud, and Microsoft techInfluence both product direction and technical evolution from the inside-outThis role is based remote within the UK with no expectation to be in the office.
