Founding Product DesignerSalary: Up to £85,000 plus benefitsLocation: Fully Remote A mission-driven start up transforming the future of long-term healthcare are looking for a Founding Product Designer. They are building a smarter, more efficient way for GP practices to manage care, scheduling and workflows – replacing outdated spreadsheets with a powerful, data-rich SaaS platform.As the Founding Product Designer you will work directly with the founding team and engineers to shape how the product works, looks, and feels, playing a key leadership role to how the company see's design at scale. You will oversee multiple tools in development and rich data integrations planned (including machine learning on real-time clinical data), to aid towards their long-term scale and serious impact.Requirements:5+ years experience in the digital environment, leading product discovery, research, and UX/UI design.Proven experience with systematic scalable design processes.Proven ability to liaise and present to both non-technical and technical stakeholders.Strong experience in web technologies and working with backend and frontend engineers.Proven experience working with third-party vendors and external suppliers.Track record of delivering large-scale digital projects on time and on budget, with document technical requirements.A strong portfolio with clear problem-solving and end-to-end product thinking.Key Responsibilities:Define and lead the roadmap across digital revenue streams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and commercial KPIs.Talk to customers, understand their pain points, and translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive interfaces.Collaborate daily with backend and frontend engineers (a small, focused team).Define and own our design culture, process, and toolkit.Leverage data, research, and market insight to identify product opportunities that drive growth, engagement, and revenue.This is a unique opportunity to shape a product from the ground up in a high-impact sector with the freedom to lead design, influence company direction, and build something that truly matters.** Unfortunately due to a high number of applications, not all applicants will receive feedback
