The position can be based remotely or in a hybrid arrangement from the Bristol office, with flexible working options available.Key Responsibilities:• Manage a variety of employment cases from initial referral to conclusion: Ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service• Provide advice on settlement agreements, contracts of employment, and HR policies: Supporting businesses through complex employment law requirements• Handle employment litigation matters, including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims: Advocating effectively for clients• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain efficient case handling and adherence to regulatory processes: Contributing to a culture of excellenceRequirements:• Qualified solicitor with experience in employment litigation• Strong knowledge of employment law and procedures• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to manage a caseload proactively and meet deadlines• Understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct• Collaborative approach with a focus on client careIf this role isn’t quite right, it’s still worth speaking to one of our specialist team — we may be working on something that hasn’t hit the market yet.Related Job Titles: Employment Solicitor, Employment Law Associate, Employment Lawyer, HR Legal Advisor, Employee Relations Solicitor
