We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and strategic leader to establish and spearhead our clients QA and Service Delivery function. This is a pivotal role responsible for defining and executing the strategy for our QA and Release Management operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our client's software releases, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing the overall service delivery capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance ManagementLead and Mentor the QA teamOversee all aspects of the QA lifecycle, including test planning, design, automation, and reportingImplement and enhance QA methodologiesCollaborate closely with Product and Development teams to integrate QARelease ManagementLead and manage the release management processImplement and manage release gateways and sign-off procedures to unsure stakeholder agreementDevelop and maintain release schedules, communication Coordinate release activities across multiple teams like Development, QA, Infrastructure, Product to ensure smooth executionStrategic LeadershipDevelop and implement a cohesive strategy for QA and Release ManagementDrive a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the companyDefine and champion best practices, processes, and tooling to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of QA and release operations Skills & Experience required: Proven experience within QA and release management with at least 5 years in a Management or Leadership roleStrong understanding of QA Methodologies, tools, and best practicesProven ability to define, implement and improve processesExcellent leadership.
