PMO Analyst | Newport / Hybrid | Outside IR35We’re working with a leading provider of technology-enabled services and operational transformation within the financial services sector. With decades of industry expertise, the business supports large-scale change programmes across lending, savings, and investments helping clients modernise operations, streamline processes, and drive digital innovation.They’re now looking for a PMO Analyst to join their Change & Transition Delivery team on a contract basis. This role supports portfolio-level governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across a broad set of business change programmes.The RoleProvide portfolio support services across medium and large-scale change initiativesSupport project governance, quality assurance, and risk reportingManage centralised project data including financials, resource forecasting, and status updatesWork closely with Project and Programme Managers to ensure reporting is accurate and consistentFacilitate business decision-making through timely provision of data, insight, and forecastsWhat You'll NeedProven experience as a PMO Analyst within a change delivery environmentAdvanced Excel and MS Project skillsStrong understanding of project lifecycle and governance frameworksAPM, PRINCE2 or equivalent project qualificationHighly organised, strong communicator, and process-focused mindsetNice to HaveP3O Foundation/PractitionerExperience in Financial Services, BPO, or working with offshore teams
