HR Systems Manager - 12m FTC Liverpool (hybrid)Excellent salary and benefits Monday to Friday 9-5pmDo you have experience of working with HR Systems and do you love being responsible for data analytics, metrics and reporting?! This role is a busy and varied position as you'll be part of a large HR team, but also supporting across other departments. You'll be a whizz with HR data, and able to configure and implement any HR System changes and functionality. Pulling and compiling reports will come naturally to you, and you'll be able to provide training on the system to your colleagues. You'll be liaising with stakeholders across the business and the wider HR team, and will be the 'go to' for anything systems related. Data cleansing, auditing and ensuring accuracy of data will also fall under the remit of the role. You'll lead and get involved in wider HR projects such as gender pay gap reporting, annual salary and bonus review process, and ethnicity stay gap report. You'll enjoy keeping up to date with the latest reporting trends and networking with other peers. You'll be managing two others in the team, so you'll enjoy motivating and developing others. What experience are we looking for:Proven experience in a similar role with reporting experience preferably within an HR functionAble to work proactively to identify areas of system improvement and/or changeExcellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to gather complex data and translate into a format that is both relevant and easy to understand for the target audienceExcellent organisational skills and able to manage time effectively, self-motivated, organised and resourcefulAble to multi task and work under pressure delivering work accurately, to strict deadlines, managing competing demands and requests for reportsStrong verbal and written communication ability with well-developed stakeholder management skills, good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels throughout the businessHigh level of IT literacy and skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel including the production of charts, statistical data, pivot tables, vlookups, etc.Able to think creatively, logically and pragmaticallyRoberts Webb Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this role
