We collaborate with global luxury and lifestylebrands to achieve visionary creativity, culture, and craft across marketing campaigns, customerexperiences, brand design, product design, and new media technologies.While we are a team of sixty primarily centered in New York, London, and Thessaloniki, most employees have the option to be hybrid or studio based according to preference.About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Talent Acquisition Consultant to strategically supportrecruitment across the board - creative/agency talent, as well as other key business functions and for our start-up brand incubator.In this role, you will report into the People & Culture Director and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, guiding the full recruitment life cycle while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys business partnering with stakeholders.This role will work on an as and when required basis, part time.ResponsibilitiesThe Talent Acquisition Consultant will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent aligned with our business goals and culture.Take job briefs and advise on approach & hiring strategySupport on developing JDsTalent pool and proactive sourcing of candidatesDevelop and place job adverts on LinkedIn or other poolsScreen candidates based on fit for role and culture addSupport on identifying how we can proactively improve our diversityManage applicants and interview processExtend offers and declines, working with HR to ensure onboarding is completedSupport on developing employer brand as requiredOther recruitment related tasks as requiredAbout YouWe’re looking for a proactive, innovative thinker with a background in recruiting for a creative agency.You Are:● A strategic, inclusive thinker● Influential collaborator, building strong relationships● Adaptable to working with different stakeholders with differing needsRequirementsBelow is what we will be looking for in reviewing your application.Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency-side.Experience of working in a creative agency environmentSolid understanding of full-cycle recruiting and modern sourcing techniques.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.We look forward to hearing from you.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity in all it's forms and are building a super-inclusive culture.
