You are expected to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage change sensitively. The post holder will be responsible for the department in the absence of the department manager at The James Cook University Hospital and One Life. You will provide professional clinical leadership, advice, and guidance, supporting the manager. You should have problem-solving skills and the ability to enhance patient pathways through innovation and improvements based on current research and guidance. Main duties include leading a team and overseeing the daily operations and patient triaging in the specialist skin service. The ideal candidate would have experience in areas such as punch biopsies, shave excisions, curettage, cautery, and patient consenting, with knowledge of SystemOne.
