This role involves supporting children of all ages with a range of special educational needs, helping them access learning and thrive in a safe, supportive environment. Supporting pupils with additional needs in their day-to-day learningAssisting teachers in delivering tailored educational plansWorking one-to-one or in small groups to provide targeted supportEncouraging positive behaviour and independenceAssisting with personal care when requiredExperience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable but not essentialYou are patient, compassionate, and adaptableComfortable providing personal care when necessaryA strong team player with excellent communication skillsStarting pay is £90 per day , with the potential for an increase based on experience and responsibilities.
