Providing essential moving and handling equipment and liaising with adult social care teams around additional support requirements as well as short term rehabilitation.You will drive forward our Community Therapy services across Surrey Downs. Excellent organisational and time management skills, being passionate about delivering holistic care that has the patient at its center. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills and be passionate about delivering holistic care that has the patient at its centre. This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual keen to take the next step in their career, joining an exciting forward thinking team.You must have broad clinical experience including frailty and falls and enjoy the challenges of providing rehabilitation to people in their own homes. You will be supported by the Clinical Lead and experienced Band 7 Physiotherapists within the team and will have professional OT support provided by Senior OTs in the organisation. As part of your role, you will be responsible for training and supervising Band 6 Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Assistants, Physiotherapists, and you will play part in developing the OT service within the team.
